Growing up in a family of engineers, math teachers and science enthusiasts, it isn't surprising that the first career path I chose was an electrical engineering degree. However, on the inside, I was miserable. Luckily, my family also taught me that food is a way to show our love and to build connections.
After uncovering my passion for the culinary arts, being far from 'a natural' couldn't stop me. I started working as a cook and progressed from job to job. Transitioning into baking, I discovered the enchanting complexities of sourdough. Play met scientific thinking, and I slowly progressed until I discovered the systems that really worked. With a culinary diploma from Le Cordon Bleu, a coaching education from Mastermind.com and insights from top mentors, I’m dedicated to empowering bakers on their journey. I'm passionate about blending play and precision in a people-centered way.

You don't have to measure anything if you don't want to. No one said that every loaf came out spectacular back in the day.
